Orchard

The company has 215 hectares of land, of which about 92 hectaresis planted. 70 hectares are given as a free loan to the local agricultural cooperative and 53 hectares of land serves as forest and nature.

The experience of recent years have taught us that the area and the climate are suitable for producing a European top quality fruit. The land and the many hours of sunshine provide a tasteful well-coloured fruit with a high sugar content and high hardness. The weight of the specific types of apples is 8 to 10 percent higher than in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. A shelf life outside ULO cooling is often double the normal, three to four weeks is not a problem.
